Myths Article Count:  44

I've encountered many people who find information mainly found online and this information is often spread from person to person.  Many of these things they consider facts are in fact myths based on very outdated concepts mainly based on reductionist science which separates the body into body parts and symptoms and hence into singular concepts, supplements and medical treatments.   While this familiar concept may be simple at the beginning, it's far more complicated as time progresses and the body deteriorates even further due to cellular nutritional and organ dysfunction.

Many do not realize this singular, "one track mind" simplistic mindset is  how most health-related information is conveyed.  One large concept many do not grasp is the idea of being an individual with different lifestyles, different work-life situations, and especially different bio-chemistries because of these unique situations.  What may work for one person won't likely work for another because of this uniqueness.

Case Studies Article Count:  5

Case studies offer a multitude of benefits, but one of the most significant advantages lies in their ability to capture the intricate and distinctive nature of each person's biochemistry, lifestyle, substance ingestion, diet and many physical characteristics that directly influence the epigenome.  Epigenetic changes offer a unique advantage over genetic changes as they are reversible and do not alter your DNA sequence. However, they possess the remarkable ability to influence how your body interprets and responds to a DNA sequence.

The reality that what works for one person with a given dis-ease has little to no effect on a second person with the same condition, and might even exacerbate a third person with the same condition when it comes to cellular nutrition & metabolic function.  Why did you manifest this dis-ease or "condition" in the first place? Epigenetic modifications have been linked to various lifestyle factors such as behavior, cellular nutrition, and exposure to toxins and pollutants.  Very little of the above are practiced in a 10 minute MD office visit mainly due to their acute orientation.

Anti-Aging Article Count:  8

Discover the evidence of anti-aging medicine! This rapidly advancing field combines medical science and applied medicine to tackle the root causes of aging. By addressing age-related degeneration of cells, it strives to enhance the overall well-being and extend the healthy lifespan of individuals, allowing them to maintain their youthful characteristics for longer and this includes: less wrinkles, vibrant/sharp mind, increased/restoration of intelligence, better gut health and many more rather than the gradual and often drastic declines in health considered "normal."  How do you think the average Japanese person looks more youthful, lives longer than those in the Western world?  This is all done much more cheaply than you think but it's beyond "take this pill for that" mindset many are used to from their 10 minute visits to a Medical Doctor once you become sick.

Anti-aging medicine offers an evidence-based individualized approach to maintaining optimal health as you grow chronologically older.  With Korea's population aging at an alarming rate, the significance of anti-aging medicine has never been more apparent. The aim of this field is to combat the effects of aging, including disability and frailty, by slowing down, halting, or even reversing the aging process. Embracing anti-aging medicine can help us lead healthier, more fulfilling lives as we grow chronologically older.

The term "anti-aging" is very popular within the aesthetic industry mostly occupied by females as clients and the same gender as practitioners.  It's typically associated with the concept of "beauty" and this is usually associated with women's preoccupation with physical appearances.  The truth is the term "anti-aging" is often a brash term to many.  It actually means optimum cellular health and function stemming from the inside of the body to the outside and this affects not only the body but also the mind and how our social circles and new people perceive us.   Another truth is that studies as far back as the early 1900's show that an individual cell itself is actually immortal but it's the daily environmental exposures that actually make cell life finite.  The goal of "anti aging medicine" is actually to promote the maximum optimal function with the goal of lengthening lifespan of humans to the fullest possible extent with the only cost being supplying the cells of the body with what they need and what they do not.

Male Health Article Count:  9

Male well-being often gets overlooked in the realm of holistic health. The spotlight tends to shine more on women in terms of practitioners, clients, and marketing in health magazines. The negative stigma attached to men seeking basic health care is damaging and needs to be eradicated. Society's unrealistic standards often prevent men from opening up about their emotions and addressing subtle health issues that are often dismissed as a natural part of aging.

Society's expectations of men to be self-reliant and hide vulnerability contribute to the stigma surrounding illness, whether physical or mental. This stigma is reinforced by cultural norms that emphasize stoicism in men. As a result, many men may not prioritize their health beyond superficial measures like trendy diets for appearance. Recognizing and addressing these attitudes is crucial in identifying at-risk individuals among boys and men, both in the community and in healthcare settings.

Youth Article Count:  3

Today's youth are tomorrow's adults, so doesn't itm make sense to instill the concept of individualized cellular health rather than only formal education? Instilling the concept of individualized cellular health into youth would enable them to live long, healthier lives well into their old age with little to no sickness and endless trips to specialists of all kinds.

Work-Life Article Count:  10

What if I told you that you wouldn't need to rely nearly so much on "work place benefits" to persuade you to seek employment or work in dangerous, toxic, dis-ease promoting industries?   What If I told employers that you could maintain a more humane working environment rather than treating humans simply as cost centers to eventually be discarded?

Many people and organizations claim to be promoting terms such as "inclusivity" and "tolerant" but are they truely representative of these terms when they do not adopt systems thinking practices rather than simply repeating meaningless buzzwords and discard people and workers like trash?  The truth is many organization and people are confused and limited by existing laws that disallow employers from suggesting health care rather than sick care advice and many people are very confused as to what modalities to choose for their health maintenance.

Female Health Article Count:  5

It's clearly obvious to nearly everyone that the broad-ranged "alternative health" field has for the past 30 to 40 years primarily marketed toward females for various reasons but the largest are for aesthetics, weight loss, and these are not considered by most to be "true health."  Simply pick up a book with anything titled 'health' on it and you'll view primarily images and generalized tips aimed toward females.  Male publications are primarily aimed at aesthetics as well as images of what a desireable male should be: often with a toned physique but not mentioning much behind the biochemistry of the body especially with the lack of endorsement of seeking individualized assessments based on systems biology.  Given these facts we have still been witnessing drastic increases in female health problems and this mainly boils down to the lack of available advertisments endorsing them to seek out individualized assessments for true health using systems biology approaches.

"Mental health" is physical health.  Emerging research indicates that your brain has a significant impact on the health of your gut, and conversely, your gut health can also influence the well-being of your brain and consequently your thoughts, emotions and any diagnosis of a "mental health problem" along with any other health condition.  The stomach and intestines are directly influenced by the brain. Take eating, for instance, where the mere thought of it can trigger the release of stomach juices even before food arrives. This connection, however, works both ways. When the intestines are troubled, they can send signals to the brain, just as a troubled brain can send signals to the gut. As a result, stomach or intestinal distress can either be the cause or the result of anxiety, stress, or depression. This is due to the close relationship between the brain and the gastrointestinal (GI) system.

"Modern medicine" is Cartesian-based which means they subscribe to philosopher Rene Descarte's 600 year old view that the mind is separate from the body.  Separating body parts is excellent for study, but not good for prevention and treatment of health problem, yet this is still how "modern medicine" including the sick care industry views the human condition to mainly manage symptoms rather than restoring the whole system of the body.

What triggers mental illness? Is our diet truly reflective of our mental state? In 1951, psychiatrists Abram Hoffer and Humphry Osmond crossed paths in Saskatchewan, igniting a mission to uncover what psychiatry claimed was unattainable: a remedy for schizophrenia. They aimed to demonstrate that the manifestations of schizophrenia could be managed through a regimen of wholesome, unrefined foods and substantial vitamin intake. Now, seven decades later, their theories appear to hold significant merit.
