Male well-being often gets overlooked in the realm of holistic health. The spotlight tends to shine more on women in terms of practitioners, clients, and marketing in health magazines. The negative stigma attached to men seeking basic health care is damaging and needs to be eradicated. Society's unrealistic standards often prevent men from opening up about their emotions and addressing subtle health issues that are often dismissed as a natural part of aging.

Society's expectations of men to be self-reliant and hide vulnerability contribute to the stigma surrounding illness, whether physical or mental. This stigma is reinforced by cultural norms that emphasize stoicism in men. As a result, many men may not prioritize their health beyond superficial measures like trendy diets for appearance. Recognizing and addressing these attitudes is crucial in identifying at-risk individuals among boys and men, both in the community and in healthcare settings.

The number of male suicides is alarmingly close to the fatalities caused by breast cancer. Furthermore, men are less likely than women to seek higher education or achieve homeownership, and they experience increased levels of loneliness and vulnerability to addiction. Young white men from lower-income backgrounds are facing greater challenges than their fathers did across nearly all economic and social metrics. Today, there is a more pronounced gender gap on college campuses than there was in 1972, the year Title IX was introduced to address sex-based discrimination in education. However, the current landscape of college enrollment and academic achievement now favors women.  What all of these points in videos like this neglect is the main reason why we're such a sick, inverted society: our poisoned food supply and the lack of individualized cell analysis for humans as botanist do for plants.

Why has it become so controversial to acknowledge the importance of fathers and intact families in a child's life? Why is it considered taboo to suggest that coming from a broken home may have negative effects on a child's success, education, and overall well-being? This shift in attitude seems to stem from a fear of alienating certain groups of people. Let me illustrate this with an example from my experiences during the last two major elections.

Try to imagine the amount of "junk food" including beer and alcohol that people consume during sport-watching binges. Would it be fair to say that most sports-watchers are males? Probably yes. Would it also be fair to say that participating in this sub-culture would lead someone to a very unhealthy lifestyle and likely later-year disease-label suffering at the hands of the medical establishment? I'd like to discuss the topic of men disengaging from society. Lately, I've come across numerous stories, vloggers, and social media influencers addressing this issue. It seems that men are choosing to go their own way and pursue their own interests, deviating from the traditional expectations placed upon them.  What many pf these influencers found online don't do is talk about the bio-chemical and lifestyle reasons as to why they make the decisions they do rather than talking only about the macro-level.
