Root canals: detrimental to cellular health; how about cellular nutrition to prevent them?

dangers of root canal coverup

Root canals have been identified as a significant underlying cause of various health issues. Changes in the gum pocket can be just as detrimental as having a root canal. This is because the gum pocket can harbor numerous harmful bacteria.  Dentists frequently do not warn patients regarding likely long-term problems caused by root canals and they virtually never tell you why your biochemistry allowed these problems to manifest in the first place.  Most of it stems from what goes into your mouth.

Therefore, it is crucial to inquire about dental health when conducting individualized assessments with clients. The condition of one's teeth can have a profound impact on overall health. Silver fillings, which contain five different metals, pose an additional concern. When combined with environmental factors, they contribute to a significant toxic load that affects virtually every organ and metabolic pathway in the body. If these materials are present in the mouth and later removed, it can further increase the toxic load as the disturbed materials are released. Unfortunately, in many cases, proper precautions were not taken during the removal process. If you ever suggest that a client should have their materials removed, it is essential to provide them with a list of reputable holistic/integrative/systems dentists who follow proper precautions.

Moreover, clients should follow a cellular nutritional protocol while undergoing the removal process. It is crucial to remove these materials gradually over an extended period rather than all at once. Interestingly, many holistic/integrative/systems practitioners are now encountering younger individuals who have never had metal materials in their mouths. Surprisingly, these individuals still exhibit high levels of metals on their assessment graphs. This phenomenon can be attributed to the fact that they were exposed to metal detoxification while still in their mothers' wombs.

The previous generation of mothers used to have a plethora of these substances in their mouths during their pregnancies. Additionally, vaccines contained a significant amount of mercury, and aluminum was commonly found in both food and personal care products. In fact, there was a fascinating story shared by a practitioner about a 5-year-old child who visited them with their mother seeking help. The child had been diagnosed with cyclical vomiting, experiencing episodes of vomiting every three weeks for the past year. Each time, they had to rush to the emergency room for intravenous fluids due to dehydration.

The practitioner's initial inquiries revolved around when the vomiting started and any changes in the child's diet and environment. It turned out that the child's troubles began when they started using a watermelon-scented shampoo. Although the shampoo was discontinued, traces of it were still present during a follow-up appointment. The practitioner then asked about what was in the child's mouth, discovering a copper-colored pediatric filling on one of their baby molars. This filling had been placed exactly one year ago to protect the baby tooth. Surprisingly, this was the same time the cyclical vomiting began. The practitioner advised the parents to have the filling removed, and miraculously, the problems ceased immediately.

Root canals: more dangerous than good

Dr. Price embarked on an incredible journey as a researcher, exploring the depths of dental health, skeletal structures, and dietary habits in indigenous communities untouched by modern food. In the early 1900s, while treating persistent root canal infections, Price became suspicious of teeth that remained infected despite treatment. One day, he took a daring step and suggested to a woman in a wheelchair that her seemingly healthy root canal tooth should be extracted. Surprisingly, she agreed, and he implanted the tooth under the skin of a rabbit. Astonishingly, the rabbit developed arthritis just like the woman and eventually succumbed to the infection. However, once the toxic tooth was removed, the woman experienced a miraculous recovery from her arthritis and regained the ability to walk without assistance.

Price made a groundbreaking discovery that defied the prevailing dental beliefs of his time: sterilizing a root canal is mechanically impossible.

Price made a groundbreaking discovery that defied the prevailing dental beliefs of his time: sterilizing a root canal is mechanically impossible. He delved deeper into his research and revealed that numerous chronic degenerative diseases, particularly heart and circulatory diseases, originated from infected root canal teeth. Astonishingly, he identified 16 distinct bacterial agents responsible for these conditions. However, the connections between root canal teeth and diseases extended beyond just the heart and circulatory system; there were also significant correlations with ailments affecting the joints, brain, and nervous system. In 1922, Dr. Price published two revolutionary works that shed light on the link between mental pathology and chronic illness, cementing his status as a pioneer in the field.

Unfortunately, his work remained hidden for seven decades until George Meinig, a dentist from Chicago, decided to bring it to light. Dr. Meinig, who served as a captain in the US Army during World War II, later became a dentist for Hollywood celebrities. After delving into Dr. Price's research for 18 months in the 1990s, Dr. Meinig published "Root Canal Cover-Up" in June 1993, which remains a key reference on the subject.

Saliva Acidity or Alkalinity Largest culprit behind dental problems & general health issues

Think about it: your saliva is omnipresent in your mouth, right? Have you wondered what pH or level of acidity is in your mouth and whether or not this contributes to the development of especially dental caries and often subsequent amalgam fillings?  How about the connection between your blood and urine acidity or alkalinity level?

When the pH levels in saliva decrease, it becomes more acidic, which can lead to various oral health problems. These issues include a higher risk of cavities, dry mouth, erosion of tooth enamel, changes in taste perception, slower healing of wounds, and periodontal disease. A saliva pH below 7.0 usually indicates abnormal acidity in the blood, known as acidemia. If a chronic condition is present, the mouth becomes more vulnerable to dental decay, bad breath, and periodontitis.

This is the confusing propaganda that misleads us all

There's no such thing as a "balanced diet" & nutrition isn't merely food. Why is that? It's because we're all individuals. Orthomolecular nutrition is the individualized analysis application of the substances within the food which our bodies often do not obtain enough of and are often blocked by antagonists.

"Nutrition" is far more than merely the trivial concept of food.

Botanists analyze the terrain to help plants prevent and restore cell function. Why not for humans?

What are YOUR individual cell nutritional imbalances?

Chronic acidemia can also contribute to the development of numerous diseases that affect the entire body. Acids produced by bacteria, as well as those from food and drinks, can disrupt the balance and cause mineral loss. This reduction in phosphate concentration in saliva, combined with a pH of 5.5, leads to the loss of mineral saturation and the initiation of demineralization.

Did you know that maintaining a slightly alkaline pH level in your body is crucial for its healing abilities? It's true! In fact, until your pH levels are above 7, you won't be able to enhance your oral or general health. Interestingly, many drugs and medications, whether over the counter or prescription, can actually be toxic and make your pH levels acidic. This acidity hampers your body's ability to repair damaged cells, eliminate heavy metals, and leaves you more vulnerable to fatigue and illness. It's amazing how everything revolves around a balanced pH! When your pH drops, enzymes become inactive, digestion gets disrupted, and vital nutrients aren't properly absorbed. On the other hand, disease cannot survive in an alkaline state. However, in a low oxygen and low pH (acidic) state, harmful elements like viruses, bacteria, yeast, mold, fungus, Candida, and even cancer cells thrive. It's truly fascinating how our body's pH plays such a vital role in our overall well-being.

Dr. Otto Warburg, renowned for his Nobel Prize win in 1931, made a groundbreaking discovery about cancer cells. Unlike normal cells, cancer cells do not rely on oxygen for fuel. In fact, the abundance of oxygen in healthy, alkaline bodies can be detrimental to cancer cells. Dr. Warburg found that cancer cells derive their energy from sugars and undergo a process of fermentation in acidic environments. Through empirical evidence, he established a direct link between cancer, an acidic body pH, and cellular oxygen deprivation. His findings revealed that cancer is merely a symptom of acidosis, an excessively acidic condition of the body fluids or tissues. Consequently, it becomes imperative to address the underlying acidosis in order to truly combat and cure cancer. (Source)

Still don't believe his old research or consider it to be a "conspiracy theory?"

Researchers are becoming more and more fascinated by the connection between oral infections and overall health, as well as the potential role of oral bacteria in the development of cancer. According to new findings by the International Journal Of Molecular Scientists, they recommend that monitoring the bacterial composition of saliva could be a crucial method for identifying early indicators of cancer and pre-cancerous conditions.

While oral dysbiosis is known to play a significant role in patients with gastrointestinal tract cancers, it's crucial not to overlook its potential impact on the development of pathology in distant tissues. As a result, the concern regarding focal infections arising from endodontic treatment has resurfaced, raising doubts about the long-term effects of root canal treatment and root canal microbiota on patient health.

Regardless if you're not convinced about singular dental procedures: how about preventing them in the first place?

You guessed the solution for proven preventive and restorative cellular health: consistent personalized cellular nutritional assessments.  They benefit not only the body but more importantly your teeth since those are often the front-line defence against pathogens.

Many dentists recognize the fear and make fear-lowering propaganda such as this

In this video he mentions things about your immune system handling an infected tooth (as what root canals essentially are) but doesn't mention the cellular nutritional aspect of it, nor does he mention what that consistent strain and stress on your bio-chemical being does to you and your body.

Cellular Nutritional Suggestions (nowhere near only "diet")

  • Number 1 is to obtain an individualized assessment because general guidelines are just that: General and not specifically designed for your unique circumstances.
  • Make sure the majority of your diet consists of alkaline or neutral foods. These include a variety of green and leafy vegetables, yellow/orange vegetables like asparagus, cabbage, peas, and carrots, as well as fruits, nuts, and seeds. Some examples of alkaline fruits are lemons, limes, avocados, and grapefruit. Almonds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and lentils are great alkaline options. Don't forget to include alkaline oils like flax, avocado, and olive in your diet. Drinking pure water and herbal teas can also help maintain an alkaline environment.
  • Pulses, which are the edible seeds of plants in the legume family, are a great choice as they have a mild acidity. While most whole grains have a slightly higher acidity compared to pulses, it's still advisable to consume them in moderation. It's important to limit your consumption of red meat, fish, chicken, eggs, and dairy products. Additionally, it's best to steer clear of breads and cakes that contain refined carbohydrates and sugar for a healthier diet.
  • Try swapping out your usual bag of crisps for a handful of nuts or some lightly pan-fried kale leaves. Instead of reaching for a chocolate bar, satisfy your sweet tooth with pure cacao. Ditch the store-bought bread made with yeast and refined flour, and bake your own using baking soda, baking powder, and whole grains. Say goodbye to rolls and opt for vegetable leaf wraps instead. Trade in white pasta and rice for whole grain pasta, brown rice, or quinoa. Instead of using sugar, sweeten your dishes with stevia or dried fruit. Add flavor to your meals with herbs or a squeeze of lemon juice instead of relying on acidic condiments like tomato sauce and vinegar. And when it comes to spreads, choose nut butters and pressed olive oil over margarine, which is loaded with unhealthy hydrogenated oils.
  • Opt for alkaline or neutral beverages to maintain a healthy balance in your body. Invest in an alkalizer/ionizer to ensure your tap water is free from harmful acids. Stick to pure unsweetened orange, watermelon, apple, mango, peach, pear, and grape juices as they are great alkalis. Green vegetable juices or smoothies are also excellent choices. Steer clear of acidic drinks such as milk, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sodas, and alcohol.
  • Swap out cow's milk for almond milk, opt for green tea or herbal teas instead of regular tea, and try using water or juice in your smoothies instead of milk.
  • Have you ever thought about incorporating a mineral supplement into your daily routine? This incredible supplement is packed with alkaline minerals like calcium, potassium, and magnesium, which can do wonders for your overall well-being. Another fantastic option is to try out a green powder, which is not only packed with essential nutrients but is also highly alkaline. And if you're looking for a budget-friendly alternative, you can simply add a pinch of baking soda to each glass of water you drink. While it may not be as effective as the other options, it's definitely the most affordable one. So why not give these alkaline-rich choices a try and experience the benefits for yourself?
  • Make sure to consume approximately eight glasses of water daily to stay hydrated, flush out toxins through sweat, and provide your kidneys with sufficient water to eliminate waste from your system.
  • Keep your body in balance by purchasing an alkaline test kit and monitoring your pH level regularly. By testing your urine and saliva once or twice a week, you can ensure that your body maintains its optimal pH of 7.2. If your urine pH falls below 6.5 and your saliva pH is below 7.0, it's a sign that your body is working hard to maintain its required pH level. Stay on track and take care of your body!
  • Take it easy and establish practical objectives that you can actually reach. If you make drastic changes to your diet all at once, you might end up giving up on it before you even have a chance to develop a taste for the new cuisine.
