In today's digital age, social media platforms have become a breeding ground for gossip and unscientific sharing of information. It's almost as if many people think they will find "the real you" if they look online but the fact remains you aren't a marketing persona on a screen of any type.
It seems the internet has strayed far away from its original purpose and has become a literal soap-opera reality TV series full of gossipers rather than communicating intellectual content as the internet was originally designed for.
As previous posts on this site mentioned, it seems many people view themselves and others as solid objects wearing clothing and appendages rather than as animals or plants who are living, breathing beings. We could call this phenomenon as a literal commodification of human beings and perhaps could have started with photography.

It's not uncommon to stumble upon negative posts about ourselves, which can easily stir up emotions and provoke a desire to retaliate. However, it's important to remember John Wooden's wise words about character and reputation. They serve as a valuable reminder to stay composed, maintain a balanced perspective, and avoid engaging in counterproductive actions.
“Be more concerned with your character than with your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.” -- John Wooden
We could re-word his quote to incorporate an individual's health rather than what people think because what people think when they think of you isn't if your cells are functioning optimally or not. They are thinking in very crude, polarized, emotional ways of if they "like you" or not.
Would it not be nice to have a more balanced, less polarized view of others you may work with, marry, or socialize with?

Other Cultures & Their More Scientific View Of Determing Their Opinion Of "You"
Does anyone ever ask you what your blood type is? Not in North America or Western world but this is a common question especially in places like Japan, Korean and other areas of the world! Many would view this as a highly invasive question in the Western world but at least in Japan, Korea and other areas it seems they take a more systems scientific view of determining what their opinion is even if it's a reductionist view of asking only 1 scientific question about you.
Think this is not scientific? Think Beyond "Dis-eases"
Before you outright dismiss these ideas, consider that In the United States, blood type is not primarily associated with personality traits or general health, but rather with certain medical conditions. For instance, individuals with Type A blood have a higher susceptibility to stomach cancer and heart disease. Similarly, Type B individuals are at a greater risk of developing heart disease and ovarian cancer. Type AB individuals have an increased likelihood of heart disease and pregnant women developing preeclampsia. On the other hand, Type O individuals are more prone to ulcers, attracting mosquitoes, and experiencing Achilles tendon injuries. Source
Have we ever wondered why someone may be acting the way they do that forms their "reputation" in the minds of others is based on subclinical symptoms of disease or a diagnosis of such? Have we ever wondered why they became "sick" in the first place? Most of it is peer pressure that leads to bad lifestyle and choices of what the body absorbs but also lack of help from the underfunded and inadequate acute-based medical system.
This is the confusing propaganda that misleads us all
There's no such thing as a "balanced diet" & nutrition isn't merely food. Why is that? It's because we're all individuals. Orthomolecular nutrition is the individualized analysis application of the substances within the food which our bodies often do not obtain enough of and are often blocked by antagonists.
"Nutrition" is far more than merely the trivial concept of food.
Botanists analyze the terrain to help plants prevent and restore cell function. Why not for humans?
What are YOUR individual cell nutritional imbalances?
In 1930, an influential report titled "A Study of Temperament and Blood-Groups" was published by the esteemed Japanese professor, Tokeji Furukawa. In this groundbreaking research, Furukawa proposed a fascinating connection between personality traits and blood types, suggesting that it could serve as a valuable foundation for the objective analysis of temperament. Drawing inspiration from the ancient Greek physician Hippocrates, who classified temperaments as sanguine, phlegmatic, choleric, and melancholic based on bodily fluids, Furukawa sought to bridge the gap between physiology and psychology. While traditional temperamental classifications often fell into either physiological or psychological categories, Furukawa's concept of blood type personality seamlessly merged the two, utilizing the intricacies of physiology to elucidate the complexities of the human psyche.
Different Blood Types & Different Personality Groups
This is not only a fact in Japan but also the Korean peninsula and other areas of the world.
- Individuals with type A blood have been associated with a range of positive qualities, including creativity, intelligence, and a cooperative nature. However, it is believed that they may also possess certain negative traits such as stubbornness and being overly uptight. Interestingly, type A individuals are said to be more prevalent in Japan compared to individuals with other blood types.
- People possessing type B blood are known for their remarkable strength, unwavering passion, deep empathy, and resolute decision-making abilities. However, it is worth noting that they have occasionally been linked to self-centeredness and unpredictable behavior. It is believed that individuals with type B blood may sometimes find themselves at odds with those who possess type A blood.
- Discover the remarkable qualities of individuals with type AB blood! Renowned for their rationality and adaptability, they possess a unique blend of characteristics found in both type A and type B individuals. While their strengths are evident, it is important to acknowledge that like everyone else, they may face challenges. Some claim that indecision, criticalness, and forgetfulness are among their weaknesses. However, it is worth noting that in Japan, where this blood type is rare, those who possess it are highly esteemed and valued for their uniqueness.
- Type O individuals possess a unique set of qualities that make them stand out. They are often associated with traits like confidence, determination, resilience, and intuition. However, it is worth noting that they have been unfairly labeled as self-centered, unstable and eccentric. They may come across as selfish to those with Type A blood.
It is important to remember that these generalizations do not define an entire group of people. Each individual is unique and should be appreciated for their own distinct characteristics.
This is not limited to "Personality Traits"
In fact, large sections of systems biology (especially naturopathy) have analyzed what happens when we consume and absorb certain foods, drinks and environmental substances. It's not only our personality that changes but also our bio-chemistry, risk of dis-ease development, and over-all how our epigenome expresses our genetic code that affects our whole body and how others perceive us. You may think this is crazy like I did, but numerous studies even appear on "main stream" medical publications such as WebMD where Dr. Christine Mikstas shows the links.
I was in the same spot as you likely are mainly because: a) you cannot independently verify these claims b) internet searchs tell you the opposite c) lots of internet sites tell you lots of this is bogus but where are the solutions other than more drugs, surgeries, endless practitioner visits?
This does not mean I put all my trust only in this set of benchmarks, but it helps with other evidence-based methods to assess health as an individual rather than as a product on a human assembly and repair line that the is the "modern day medical" system.

Compare This Information With A Typical MD "Blood Test"

Does this look like it analyzes at least some of the nutrients below that can't be adequately measured in a serum blood test? Negative. For one, blood tests are only a "snap shot" in time and they mainly only measure what's outside the cells, but not within them.
Generalizations Help But Individualized Assessments Needed
Of course, these are simply generalizations and tendencies and we cannot subvide each person into these traits based only on their blood type. This is why individualized analysis along with testing helps you narrow-down and potentially link these traits with your unique biochemistry.
Also, it helps you understand the other people you're dealing or working with aren't robots based on what subjective emotion or series of thoughts and gossipers tell others about you.
